The practitioner will show up 15 min early to set up. There is paperwork for new clients to fill out before the session will begin. The paperwork is your rights and explains the terms of Desir Holistic Services.

If the appointment is not canceled within 12 hours prior to the session you will be charged a $50.00 no-show fee. Your card is not charged until the day of service is received or a no-show up for the appointment. If the appointment is not confirmed within the first 12 hrs it will be canceled and you will be charged the cancellation fee.

° Upon request, we will provide new sheets that you can purchase the day of your session (fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow case) that you will get to keep for $20.

° Or you can provide your own sheets. Twin-size sheets (fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow case).

° All equipment will be sanitized before and after each use.

° This is all in hopes to help decrease our client's risks and concerns surrounding the spread of COVID-19.
